Hello to All of Our Customers,

We have been thinking about all of you lately. The evolving coronavirus situation creates an adjustment for many of us. Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our customers, employees, and community.

With safety at the heart of every decision we make, we are taking steps to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and protect everyone.

SHOWROOM

We are open during regular business hours, and our showroom is open to the public, and we are offering curbside service when possible. We ask that our customers wear masks and practice social distancing when in the showroom.

APPOINTMENTS

We are continuing to offer appointments for installation, service, and chimney cleanings with precautions in place. We are wearing masks and gloves (when possible), as well as practicing social distancing in our customers’ homes.

BEHIND THE SCENES

To maintain healthy employees, we are conducting daily temperature checks and wearing masks at all times to ensure everyone’s safety. We are adhering to CDC cleaning guidelines and sanitized frequently. We are frequently washing our hands and practicing social distancing.

As we continue to provide first-class service and products, we are optimistic that we will come through this stronger and better together.
